Small but meaningful

The Lincoln Science and Innovation park is a small wall, but has multiple purposes. It is both calming and cheerful as you walk through the entrance, giving you a sense of positivity and relaxation as you enter; it can be a new home for insects, and it looks fantastic against the brick building.

Before the wall went up

Considering the height, installation was achieved via a scissor lift, and this will be the process we use during the twice yearly horticultural husbandry visits as our maintenance team continues to keep the soil and plants in optimum health as it continues to grow.

Fun Fact

Did you know that viewing green infrastructure can improve concentration levels by 6% whilst viewing bare concrete can reduce concentration levels by 8%?

Our work here at the Lincoln Science and Innovation Park is just small, but still has an impact.  Now imagine the positive impact we could cause if we integrated this type of greening more!
